Theodore G. Shepard, M.D.

Theodore G. Shepard, M.D.Dr. Shepard was born in Lubondai, Congo. He grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and, later, New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1981, and began medical school the same year. Dr. Shepard graduated from L.S.U. Medical School in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1985.

He completed his urology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 1991. Before moving to Murfreesboro, Dr. Shepard obtained fellowship training in percutaneous kidney stone surgery at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. He has practiced urology in Murfreesboro since 1992. Dr. Shepard practices general urology, with emphasis in minimally invasive kidney stone surgery and women's incontinence. He is a Board Certified Urologist and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the American Urological Association, Christian Medical & Dental Association, and the Tennessee Medical Association. Dr. Shepard lives in Murfreesboro with his wife and two children.
